  • For about 90h we will meet inclusively ONLINE during our immersion weekends starting June 2026. If you are on a different and difficult timezone you can do these through recordings. You are welcome to join this training any time before end of May! We will finish the training with an 11 days IN PERSON immersion 26th October to 7th November 2026 in Portugal.

  • The foundation of the training will be inspired by the Authentic Flow method developed by Satu Tuomela

  • The study of yoga and Tantrik philosophy will be woven with the principles of ecology and permaculture.

  • This training is for those who are looking for a new approach to life. We will weave principles of non-dual Tantra philosophy, Authentic Flow, Permaculture and Ecology to provide you with more than just a certificate. Our meeting in Portugal will be an opportunity to experiment living in community, close to the land and in tune with it's rhythms.

  • This is definitely something else than a “normal yoga teacher training”. We will go deeply into ourselves. You do not need previous experience to join this training, and everyone is welcome. However, it is also a great training for anyone who has attended a 200h training before but feels the pull for a more somatic and eco-centred approach in yoga.

  • Included and part of this training: Our pre-recorded Embodied Yin 50h Teacher Training (valued at 490€). To clarify - this 200h consist of online immersions, homework in between, in-person immersion including a practicum and Embodied Yin on-demand 50h training and homework after. You will receive a 200h Certificate after the training but to gain YA registration you must do the homework (including Embodied Yin course).

"From the first day I felt a weight had been lifted that I didn’t know I had been carrying. I didn’t need to worry about the asanas and correcting myself, they were only a container. A container for exploring. I explored my heart, bones, fascia and muscles in ways I didn’t know existed."

What is Authentic Flow?

- Where Infinite becomes Intimate

Authentic flow is a somatic approach to movement through which we listen, taste, see, feel, inquire and learn to embody our bodies as a living, feeling and exploring creative process of becoming.

This is an ongoing conversation between the inner and the outer, your body and it’s interconnectedness to the environment, between every part of your bodyheartmind, and as a whole. It seeks to clarify tools and pathways for sensing and recognizing Truth, ‘Here-ness’, safety & home, as well as rapture.

The goal is where you are. It is a direct sensory experience of the Now/You, rising as You/Now.

When you move everything moves. We are movement and the movement we are will inform the movement we do; on and off the mat. As we consciously find this arising movement of Truth, we also support more complex, self-regulatory and healing processes in the body-mind. This brings a sense of relief and emotional clarity, a sense of agency and tranquility, nourishment, connection and love.

To be/do this, we use breath, sounding, soundscape, fluid-state activation and recognition, a receptive, sensory state of attention, Yoga asana, mantra, intuitive movement, elemental embodiment and more, all informed by non-dual Tantrik philosophy.

This allows us to go with what truly is and not what we want/try there to be. We get out of our own way and learn to, not necessarily feel better, but to get better at feeling.

We shift our rational and more conventional orientation from linear thinking to a more multi-directional and sensing, feeling Embodied Awakening of the BodyHeartMindSpirit.

We are mirrors of everything that is around us

The Location

Monte das Casolas, South West Portugal

At Monte das Casolas there are 8 Houses, 5 in wood, scattered throughout the Montado. Minimising the impact of construction and preserving this paradise untouched by Man, returning to nature in the last 40 years. The owbers recovered the Casas do Monte, maintaining their typical Alentejo structure, with the wood oven and an animal corral converted into an annex. There is also a Casa do Alpendre near the Pool and the common area. "At Monte das Casolas, we are in balance and harmony with what surrounds us. We believe in a more sustainable future perspective, with a focus on waste reduction, reuse and recycling. We also seek a healthier life, with the availability of organic products planted on the farm, probiotic products, among others."

Meet Your Instructors.

Eduardo Terzidis

My work stems out from the understanding that we humans have co-evolved with plants, animals and all living and non-living beings in this Universe. We are mirrors of everything that is around us, thus it is in our perceived disconnection from the natural world that resides the very source of our environmental and spiritual crises. For this reason, I aim at creating whole-istic solutions to re-connect to that lost sense of belonging this magnificent web of life. I offer solutions and experiences that sustain that nourish every individual and the connections between us all for many generations to come. I have gathered extensive knowledge as a Permaculture Designer and transformed my life by engaging with spiritual practices like yoga, meditation, somatics and surfing. In the last years, I have facilitated the creation of many regenerative projects including, regenerative homesteads, intentional communities, educational projects, institutes and agricultural organisations. I have also supported individuals find their mission and purpose by integrating the design principles of permaculture with the tools I have gathered from my spiritual practices. Today, I am dedicated to offering transformative experiences for people to reconnect to a deep sense of belonging to Life.

Emily Losno

Emily is a warm, soft-hearted and ambitiously committed facilitator with thousands of hours of teaching experience. Based primarily in Copenhagen, she has led countless yoga classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats, each one rooted in her passion for connecting with others on a deeper level. What brings Emily the most joy in teaching is fostering connections that go beyond words, creating space for genuine presence and shared experience. She believes in the healing power of gathering in a circle, where vulnerability and authentic sharing can bring us closer to ourselves and each other. For Emily, yoga is much more than a physical practice, it is a holistic way of living. It’s about embracing compassion, being fully present, and nurturing community. She views movement as a path to liberation, and rest as a radical act of rebellion in a world that too often demands business.

Founder and Senior teacher Satu Tuomela

Satu Tuomela, ERYT500, Reiki Master, Embodied Flow™senior teacher, creator of Embodied Yin ™ & Authentic Flow. Satu has been teaching yoga and movement for over 24 years and is known for her very unique, otherworldly and authentic transmission, goddess vibe, singing and playing the harmonium. Satu is specialized in Somatics and Embodiment practices. She is an experienced yoga and somatics teacher with more than 12000 teaching hours under her belt & is soon to be a BMC teacher & movement therapist.

Fanny Olsson

Yoga has been a growing part of Fanny's life for over 15 years, and she has been a teacher for over 10 years. She has a keen interest in the transformative processes of awareness, and her passion in teaching is to facilitate people towards an ever freer experience, both in the body, and in life as a whole. As a former medical biologist, Fanny is something of "body nerd"; though, today, her primarily focus is to know the body through the felt sense of the various layers and systems - something that she shares in her classes. With her deep love for Kashmir Shaivism and it's non-dualistic worldview, she also often weaves philosophy and tantric practices into her teaching, in an easily accessible manner.

Janni Popp

My way into movements was through physical theatre and performance. I was drawn by the playfulness and explorations, loved dissolving into different characters, qualities and elements, and - despite not really enjoying any sports or exercise - I loved exhausting myself and testing my physical abilities on stage through jumping, repetition and high intensity moves. Eventually the performance part and outer eye observer fell away, but my love for playing and becoming remained. Yoga started as a pause and a place to practice being rather than performing, and when I met Satu in 2017 it felt like a true homecoming. I am deeply passionated and in awe of the human body, anatomy and physiology. I trained as a physiotherapist and am amazed of how everything around us is mirrored within and vice versa. Our bodies are so wise and contains so much knowledge and so many answers, that we just somehow learned not to listen to. In my teachings my main intention is to support the participants in remembering and reclaiming this inner wisdom and acknowledge how wild and beautiful these bodies are. When we connect to that, I believe, we come closer to each other as well - and closer to the continuous nature, we are a part of.
