“ Your body is the vessel for awakening” In this module we study Somatics and Embodiment, Experiential Anatomy (Especially basic neurocellular movement patterns) and Embodied Awakening practices with our lead trainer and founder Satu Tuomela.

  • Somatics and Embodiment

In this module we will be practicing several different approaches and protocols into more somatic and embodied way of moving and being from the Body-Mind Centering® perpective into yoga, dance, fitness (Shake the Dust) and rest.

  • Experiential Anatomy

Experiential anatomy is an embodied means of gaining increased somatic awareness and understanding. This approach to learning goes beyond conventional anatomy study methods that typically rely on images and diagrams to learn the map and function of the systems of the body. Experiential anatomy brings us into the felt sense of the actual territory through direct experiencing. With an experiential focus, we can directly discover, and embody, movement of fluids, bones, muscles, organs etc.

  • Embodied Awakening

Being a human is as spiritual as it gets! Embodied Awakening points to philosophies like Non-dual Tantrik philosophy that are not bypassing our humanness, or our body, but embracing it. "These teachings are oriented toward the task of awakening to your true nature as efficiently as possible, and embodying the awakened condition in your humanity, within the context of your everyday life."- Adyashanti

From the moment I met the group magic happened. My boundaries melted away immediately and I felt at home. Each moment being so incredibly touching and deep.

AWAKE - The Embodied Awakening- 24th Feb - 2nd March. Check in 23rd from 3pm..

"The truth is that you already are what you are seeking." -Adyashanti. This module brings together Embodied Consciousness, voice, dance, yoga and Awakening practices with Satu, Evy Ferraro, Chelan Freeman (Dance), Fanny Olsson (Tantrik philosophy) and world renown musicians!

  • Discover

Learn and be inspired to start a daily home spiritual practice, Sādhanā. Experience the knowledge of Non-Dual Tantrik and other direct realization teachings. Gain access and tools for somatic experiencing/embodying and understanding for different body systems, intuitive release, Somatic ecstatic dance, sound medicine, voice, fascial release, Embodied yogāsana and more.

  • Deepen and Embody

Dive into the world of the subtle body experiencing and Sound. Enjoy the shamanic transmissions of our musicians! Experience Tantrik somatic practices, Philosophy and tools of Awakening interactively to inspire and support your path. Get EMBODIED through Somatics like BMC, Authentic Flow, Embodied Yin™, Shake the Dust, free movement, Somatic Ecstatic Dance, Sounding and more! These explorations provide technology for a deep sense of ease, strength, and connectivity in the human form. This in-turn, helps us as teachers to see and understand different bodies, and furthermore, we gain tools to empower our students to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, process, integrate and facilitate awareness in their entire body-mind.

  • Community

Welcome to your Tribe! Being in a group adds a lot of inspiration to our studies and brings more compassion forth. Sharing together in circles invites us to articulate our experiences and findings, and also gain wisdom from others' experiences. Group mind is such an important part of our training and we shall feed it with our truest presence. This is an inclusive and nurturing community that holds space with integrity and love.

It was such an intense and beautiful journey, which today still is manifested into a cellular level.

BRIDGE- To guide, share & create community- 4th -10th MARCH. We begin on 4th March at 6.30 am. Check out Midday on 10th March.

Where infinite become intimate. This module will teach and support you in more embodied and somatic way of teaching AND using music in a more therapeutic way. Also, to offer more trauma sensitive and embodied yoga/movement classes, and officially teach Authentic Flow and Embodied Yin. We will take a mentoring approach here to support your authentic expression as a teacher. You can work on specifically what you desire to offer. This module is with Satu and the team.

  • Somatic Cueing, soundscaping and space holding

Somatic practices are about getting to know ourselves more intimately and clearly. They are about entering what is called the ‘Direct experience’ of the body, or in other, hyped, words; True Embodiment. Yoga can and should be somatic in my opinion. A somatic and an embodied practice helps us to reconnect with our instincts, intuition and physical sensations, yet many times the experiences of yoga practitioners in ‘normal’ yoga classes end up with thinking mind just coordinating the movements. Embodied movement practice is not this. What is it then? Let's find out!

  • Embodied Yin

Embodied Yin yoga invites us to explore our multidimensional capacities for healing by listening and sensing with the whole body-mind. It increases awareness of our mind-body connection in each dimension and through different somatic approaches, intuitive movement, classical non-dual Tantra, Chinese medicine and Yin yoga, opens up space by helping to release limitations.

  • Authentic Flow

Authentic flow is a somatic approach to movement through which we listen, taste, see, feel, inquire and learn to embody our bodies as a living, feeling and exploring creative process of becoming. This is an ongoing conversation between the inner and the outer, your body and it’s interconnectedness to the environment, between every part of your bodyheartmind, and as a whole. It seeks to clarify tools and pathways for sensing and recognizing Truth, ‘Here-ness’, safety & home, as well as rapture. The goal is where you are. It is a direct sensory experience of the Now/You, rising as You/Now.

Fanny Olsson

Yoga has been a growing part of Fanny's life for 14 years, and she has been a teacher for five years. She has a keen interest in the transformative processes of awareness, and her passion in teaching is to facilitate people towards an ever freer experience, both in the body, and in life as a whole. As a former medical biologist, Fanny is something of "body nerd"; though, today, her primarily focus is to know the body through the felt sense of the various layers and systems - something that she shares in her classes. With her deep love for Kashmir Shaivism and it's non-dualistic worldview, she also often weaves philosophy and tantric practices into her teaching, in an easily accessible manner.

Chelan Freeman

There's always been a fierce presence calling me home, guiding me towards wholeness, an ember enclosed flickering with aliveness, strengthening my inner gaze. A desire to be inside the present moment guided me to find sanctuary in both deliberate silence & vibrant noise. I have continually received refuge laying my belly on our moist Earth & been deeply inspired by ethereal mystery, stories & ancient echoes. It's here in these spaces that I have encountered ways to listen more deeply & been enchanted by the reveal & the complexities hidden in the layers of existence. My body is my temple, a vessel for awakening, a dear friend & a lover, she my alter, a place of devotion & the Earth, our great Mother, my place of worship. I found my voice, its wisdom & its ability to speak, through coming back to the body over & over again in motion, in dance & formless form, expanding my thresholds & meeting the edges of death with softness. I offer myself as a guide to this undoing, to this sensual meeting of mystery & matter. Acting as a body of water, responding to the current, offering spaces for nature's call & untamed wisdom, I hold dance rituals, intuitive movement, somatic practices, yoga classes & soul spaces. I am one of those people that will always be uncovering, expanding & diversifying pathways within as it's the only way for this vessel & embodiment of mine to collide in union. I facilitate & guide from this nectar for healing in all ways, knowing my heart has always known love, for that I bow daily in devotion for the artist within. It is through the laboratory of discovery we meet unknown places of aliveness, awakening us to newness, pulling us to the light. It's here in this passage of life we get to taste the devastating rapture, the enchantment of all things & we get to sing & dance with mysticism & empty to the joy of existence. I am here as a guide & a bridge for unearthing true expression, within the container of body & elemental wisdom.

Authentic Flow Tribe Manifesto

As a community we have decided to make a statement. And as a teacher, guide and the founder of Authentic Flow Tribe I have found it very, very hard to teach without bursting into tears, and I'm not alone. Here is what we have to say: We, the members of the Authentic Flow community, seek to facilitate the recognition that all human beings - our brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, children and elders, ancestors and yet-to-be-borns - are interconnected and are, in fact, one indivisible Whole, known as Humanity. Insodoing, we promote practices designed to remind us of our connection to each other and our responsibilities to each other as co-creators of our collective reality. When we recognize each other as our very selves, we naturally abide in Love and are compelled to act in ways which nourish and protect the wellbeing of each other. We stand for the embodiment on earth of loving awareness and undivided unity. We stand for interconnectedness with nature and all life on Earth. We join article 1 of the Human Rights Declaration 1948: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of community”. We stand by wisdom traditions such as non-dual Tantra and Buddhism, as well as animism that embrace a non-dual approach to our collective existence together. We seek to assist all humans, regardless of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, or ethnic group, to shed fear-based, "othering" as a way of thinking and acting, and to embrace the reality of our interdependence on and intimacy with all that is. We uphold non-violent means to bringing material conflicts to solutions promoting the wellbeing of all of humanity, thus furthering the universal recognition in ourselves and others, of our indivisible Whole and the Love that has been, is, and always will be revealed as the foundation and center of our existence.
