What is Authentic Flow?

- Where Infinite becomes Intimate

Authentic Flow is a somatic path of presence, where authenticity is not a goal but a way of being. It’s not about perfecting movement- it’s about returning to the felt truth of the body, moment by moment.

This is a practice of listening. Of letting the body speak through sensation, breath, sound, and space. Movement arises not as something we just do, but as something we are.

Flow Is Already Here

Flow happens when awareness and action merge and where effort gives way to presence. In movement, it might feel like grace unfolding from within. In life, like clarity led by intuition.

Authenticity is the ground. You meet the moment as you are.

The destination is now.

In Authentic Flow, the body is not shaped- it shapes us. Each session is a dialogue between inner and outer, self and environment, sensation and meaning.

We don’t move to feel better. We move to get better at feeling

We learn to feel fully, truth-fully.

This shift opens the door to nervous system resilience, emotional clarity, and embodied connection.

Authentic Flow draws from:

  • Somatic awareness
  • Intuitive movement and dance
  • Sound and voice
  • Yoga, mantra & breath
  • Elemental and fluid embodiment
  • Non-dual Tantrik philosophy
  • Sensory attention and deep listening

These are not tools to escape but to come closer. To what is already present. To what is already you.

Here, movement arises from within. It’s guided by impulse, breath, sensation, not imposed from the outside.

We let the body lead. And as it moves, we are moved toward wholeness, agency, and ease.

Authentic Flow is a sacred return, it is spirituality rooted in the body and Earth. Not through belief, but through experience. Through the breath, the bones, and the unseen. Not transcendence, but radical presence.

Here, truth is not sought. It is sensed, lived, and embodied.

The Language of Sound

Sound vibrates through tissue, breath, and emotion. It doesn’t fix, it frees. Whether through beats, drum, piano, voice, or silence, sound helps us remember what lives beneath conditioning.

Sound, like movement, becomes truth made audible.

A Return to What Is Real

This isn’t just movement.

It’s a way home.

To your rhythm.

To the body.

To the Truth of being

Authentic Flow is a practice of remembering, through presence, sensation, and soul, that you are already whole.

“What Satu’s training offered me was a door. And the world that resides beyond that door was phenomenal. This new world is just an endless delight.” — PJ Jayathissa, New Zealand

What You’ll Walk Away With

From the 200-Hour Yoga & Somatics Teacher Training

This training is more than a certification, it’s a rite of return. A deep initiation into embodied leadership, somatic wisdom, and authentic transmission. You’ll leave with the skills, confidence, and presence to hold space in a way that is deeply real, resonant, and rooted.

You’ll learn to:

  • Facilitate from presence, not performance.
  • Lead healing, creative, and transformational spaces anchored in authenticity, integrity, and real connection, not polished perfection.
  • Craft poetic, embodied journeys.
  • Design yoga & movement experiences (from more vinyasa flow style to more dancing, intuitive exploration to yin) that are soulful, sensory, and impactful.
  • Teach as you.
  • Through experiential learning, group mentorship, and individual support, you’ll develop the start of your unique voice, style, and way of guiding others from the inside out - your Authentic Flow.
  • Hold brave, attuned space.
  • Learn to read energy, track the room, and respond to what’s actually happening. Build the capacity to create spaces where others feel safe, seen, and supported.
  • Understand foundational anatomy from the inside.
  • Develop an embodied relationship with anatomy not as abstract parts, but as living systems that breathe, move, and speak through sensation.
  • Use sound as a co-creator and medicine.
  • Learn foundational soundscaping skills using voice, rhythm, silence, and music to shape the energetic field, deepen emotional tone, and support somatic integration.

The Location

Monte da Orada, South West Portugal

This isolated evergreen valley creates an abundant oasis where two creeks come together, as a womb, to nourish an ancient lush forest and wildlife vistas. Orada is a family run, eco-sustainable, permaculture based, soul retreat centre, nestled in 71 ha of nature and privacy, aligned with the aim of expanding health and proposing purposeful transformational moments. With so many spaces to practice and learn and immerse ourselves. A Sacred fire and Amphitheatre with stone seats, perfect for a fire pit, ceremonies, classes and full moon gatherings / rituals. A Biopool - a fully self-sustainable pool ecosystem which keeps the water oxygenated and chemical-free, perfect for swimming and relaxation. The Sauna is ideal to relax during the free times in the retreats with a cold water shower situated next to it. The Irrigation canal - It carries water from St. Clara Dam to the SW coast of the country, and guarantees an abundance of water to Orada. It is refreshingly clean and good fun to float on downstream. And finally the accommodation which ranges from single / twin / shared / dorms in the beautiful Portuguese tapia house, to 4 share bungalows and and intimate tree house. The wilderness is beauty, sleeping in nature is adventurous and yet very comfortable, so we invite you to embrace this one of a kind experience.

From the first day I felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulders that I didn’t know I had been carrying. I didn’t need to worry about the asanas and correcting myself, they were only a container. A container for exploring. I explored my heart, bones, fascia and muscles in ways I didn’t know existed. I found my voice, something which I think I knew I was scared of finding but since then I have felt empowered. — Roslyn Gray, Ireland

Fanny Olsson

Yoga has been a growing part of Fanny's life for over 15 years, and she has been a teacher for over 10 years. She has a keen interest in the transformative processes of awareness, and her passion in teaching is to facilitate people towards an ever freer experience, both in the body, and in life as a whole. As a former medical biologist, Fanny is something of "body nerd"; though, today, her primarily focus is to know the body through the felt sense of the various layers and systems - something that she shares in her classes. With her deep love for Kashmir Shaivism and it's non-dualistic worldview, she also often weaves philosophy and tantric practices into her teaching, in an easily accessible manner.

Janni Popp

My way into movements was through physical theatre and performance. I was drawn by the playfulness and explorations, loved dissolving into different characters, qualities and elements, and - despite not really enjoying any sports or exercise - I loved exhausting myself and testing my physical abilities on stage through jumping, repetition and high intensity moves. Eventually the performance part and outer eye observer fell away, but my love for playing and becoming remained. Yoga started as a pause and a place to practice being rather than performing, and when I met Satu in 2017 it felt like a true homecoming. I am deeply passionated and in awe of the human body, anatomy and physiology. I trained as a physiotherapist and am amazed of how everything around us is mirrored within and vice versa. Our bodies are so wise and contains so much knowledge and so many answers, that we just somehow learned not to listen to. In my teachings my main intention is to support the participants in remembering and reclaiming this inner wisdom and acknowledge how wild and beautiful these bodies are. When we connect to that, I believe, we come closer to each other as well - and closer to the continuous nature, we are a part of.
